Reservation Policy : Without an advance payment, the reservation will remain non-guaranteed. Non-guaranteed reservations will be automatically released 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellation Policy : No refunds. Bookings may be postponed within 90 days with at least 72 hours’ prior notice. Otherwise, a No-Show charge will apply.

Check-in & Checkout Policy : Our standard check-in time is 02:00 pm & check-out time is 12:00 pm.
Early Check-in Policy : Subject to availability early check-in before 12.00 pm TRC applies.
Late Check-out Policy : Subject to availability late check-out after (After 12.00 pm to 6 pm 50%), after 06.00 pm full day charge will be applied.
Extra Bed Policy : BDT 1500/- per night inclusive of Complimentary services. (Mandatory of children aged 12 years & above).
Child Policy : Breakfast is complimentary for children up to 5 years. For children aged 6–11, an additional charge of 380/- applies.
Pet Policy : No pets are allowed inside the premises/property.
Smoking Policy : All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only at designated area inside the property.
