Refund Policy : All advance payments are non-refundable. Guest can postpone the reservation for a maximum period of 60 days. In very special case if we refund then it can take 7-10 working days to refund through the same channel.
Cancelation Policy : In case of no-show full charge is applicable. No Free cancellations can be applicable to check-in for individual bookings. Any Cancellations before 24 hours of check-in 01-night retention will be charged for 25% of booking amounts. All Group Bookings 50% of the group booking amount will be charged if the booking is cancelled before 15 days of arrivals. Management can decide any rescheduling or cancellations based on natural calamity/force major.
